It all started with the idea to make mental fitness training as normal as physical training. When one of us got really sick, we saw the urgency to do something with that idea. So here we are, actually doing it, changing a paradigm, and providing cool tools to help people engage in mental fitness training. And while we are getting started by working with high-performance athletes right now, be assured that our vision extends far beyond that. So join us in taking a different perspective (sometimes literally) towards mental fitness and let us help you take the first steps (that’s actually the name of our introductory program)!
We believe current society, including the world of sports, has been looking at mental and physical training all wrong. The mind and body cannot be separated – they are a package deal and training of them should not be separated to simply accommodate the training experts. It is our mission to make the world a bit more mentally fit in terms of fundamental skills that transcend specific situations. We are starting in the world of sports and aim to make mental skill training part of everyday athletic development.
The main crew
We try to keep our team like we keep our minds and bodies: focused and lean. The overall strategy and day-to-day content development is headed by Leon Bax. Liane leads the operational aspects and Stefanie coordinates the communications and marketing.
