Go GROW or PRO
Just like athletes and parents, coaches can start with a GROW bundle or go PRO. PRO includes all the GROW content, but has a lot of additional material and gives the option to get certified as an official 2Mynds coach.
GROW Coach
The GROW coach bundle is there to give coaches the knowledge and tools to help their students go through their own GROW programs. It contains the First Steps program, the Grow your Coaching program with all e-learning, workouts, and applications that athletes follow in a GROW program, and additional workout and exercise material.
Completing the GROW for coaches program also enables the branding feature should you like to use that. This means you can give students access to your organization’s group and they will automatically see your organization’s logo when they log in. However, you will not have access to the coaching corner and track your students, give your students discounts, receive commissions from student purchases, or be included in the coaches directory. This is reserved for PRO certified coaches.
Certified PRO Coach
DUE TO THE COVID PANDEMIC THE PRO CERTIFICATIONS ARE PAUSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
The PRO Coach bundle is a special bundle that is only available to coaches who have completed the GROW Your Coaching program in the GROW Coach bundle. The bundle not only gives full access to the entire platform (so coaches can do everything their students are doing), but also includes a certification workshop. These workshops are run globally and can be found on the events page.
Prerequisites for PRO certification workshops are as follows:
- A completed GROW your Coaching program
- Completion of at least the Pro level Realize, Relax, and Refocus programs (R1, R2, and R5), including their workout plans.
The workshop covers all theory and practice that coaches need to run 2Mynds workouts and guide their students through all facets of 2Mynds mental skill development. It also gives the following benefits:
- Branded PRO group in the platform and web app
- Progress tracking in PRO group
- Discount code for students
- Certified 2Mynds coach site banner
- Inclusion in online 2Mynds coach directory
- Organizational purchase commissions
Certified PRO access will be active for two years and can be extended by following a certification refresher workshop.
